We believe in our product and want you to be fully satisfied. That’s why we offer a 30-day, no-questions-asked, full refund guarantee — even if you’ve used the service. (Subject to conditions below.)

1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you’re not completely satisfied with BrandStatusGuard, contact us within 30 days of your purchase and we’ll issue a full refund — no questions asked.

2. How to Request a Refund

Please email us at refund@brandstatusguard.com. When you reach out, we’ll:

  • Send you a confirmation receipt the same business day
  • Process your refund within 10 business days (depending on your country and bank). Usually shows up in 3–5 days.

3. Remove Your Payment Info

We don’t store credit card details on our servers. If you are on a subscription, log into your account and delete your card information after cancellation to control your data fully.

4. Refunds by Payment Method

  • Stripe: Refunds go back to your original card.
